Join us in Ely library (twinned with Sambir Library in Ukraine) to experience Ukrainian food, Ukrainian crafts, telling of a Ukrainian Folk Tales by Daria Kulesh and a music concert by Mariia Petrovska.

Daria Kulesh tells 'Red Rue and Bracken Bloom', using her distinctive style of music and song. The stories are combination of several Ukrainian folk tales rooted in the folklore of herbs and summer festivals.

This event is part of the Libraries Connected Ukraine Twinning Scheme and supported by funding from the Homes for Ukraine scheme.

The Libraries Connected Ukraine Twinning Scheme was created to allow libraries to exchange skills, develop joint initiatives, connect audiences and celebrate UK and Ukrainian literature and culture.
