A screening of the 1927 Alfred Hitchcock silent classic ‘The Lodger’. Set in a foggy and unsettled London with a killer on the loose, this is a masterpiece of atmospheric thriller filmmaking. It contains many of Hitchcock’s trademark themes and features his first film cameo. Minima’s unique live musical accompaniment enhances the film’s drama. Instruments include cello, double bass, guitars, synthesiser and drum kit.

“Minima’s unmistakably spinetingling music clung to each twist of the movie… spellbinding accompaniment.” - The Guardian
