A thrilling interactive musical storytelling based on an enchanting fairytale. Join the magical underwater adventures of Sadko the Bard, conjure up a storm, and dance away at the Sea King’s court! Pop gigantic bubbles, explore exciting story props and all the instruments featured. Performed by award-winning singer-songwriter Daria Kulesh. Followed by an art activity inspired by the story.
Accessibility Information:
Relaxed workshop. Special consideration is given to the sensory needs of Neurodiverse / Autistic participants.
Props include: fans, bubbles, ribbon rings, scarves, sea creature plushies. Instruments include: spring drum, wave drum, tambourines, bodhran, shruti box, woodblock agogo, chimes, castanets, swanee whistle. Interaction with participants is always with permission. Loud noise to sound like a storm that participants help make. The character falls off his ship, but he wakes up unhurt straight away.
