A hands-on guide to creative coding. Composer and coder Charlie Hooper-Williams will teach you how to make simple, visual, interactive scenes. Make things spin, glow, warp, and sparkle as you learn about rendering, lighting and textures. You will use the same ‘TouchDesigner’ software (free for Mac or Windows) that Charlie uses for his live shows. Suitable for anyone with basic computer skills.

If you need to borrow a laptop please email thelibrarypresents@cambridgeshire.gov.uk when you book your ticket. The entire workshop is interactive. Participants should have basic computer skills (open/save a file, using a mouse/trackpad, right-click, attach a file to an email).
