Exercise and nature is a proven way of beating stress. On the Cambridgeshire County Council website, you can find your nearest park, or maybe discover a new green space to stretch your legs and relax your mind.

The Anxiety Guy Podcast is a resource to begin lessening and eventually ending your struggles with generalized anxiety disorder, hypochondria, and depression. Dennis Simsek takes you through the life of a former professional tennis player, who struggled with and eventually ended his 6 year struggle with panic disorder and health anxiety.

Good Mood cafes are informal 'get-togethers' designed to connect people to other like-minded people in their communities/, offer wellbeing support and share interests and skills.
