Magpas Air Ambulance is a local charity which provides an invaluable, lifesaving service in and around our community of St Neots and across the East of England.  

Based just minutes down the road, Magpas Air Ambulance’s experienced team of doctors and paramedics are specially trained in pre-hospital emergency medicine and carry advanced equipment and drugs on every mission. This means the service can provide treatments and procedures that are usually only available in a hospital, directly at the scene of an incident.
