For many children, pandemic lockdowns are a distant or perhaps unremembered experience, though they remain deeply memorable to their parents and carers. In this free, child-friendly, and uplifting workshop aimed at young families, delivered by the curators of our current temporary exhibition, ‘Pandemic Artefacts’, we explore through craft and storytelling the experiences that shaped daily life at that time.

Parents/carers to stay with their children at all times. This event will take place on the third floor of Cambridge Central Library, which is wheelchair accessible. There is a baby change and an accessible toilet on site. For full details of Central's facilities, please visit our website: Cambridgeshire Online | Cambridge Central Library
